Former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani appeared in court today. Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has been issued an arrest warrant. Former President Asif Ali Zardari has been excused from attending for one day.
The accountability court had summoned Nawaz Sharif and Asif Ali Zardari in the Tosha Khana reference on May 29. According to NAB, the accused committed corruption under sub-sections 2, 4, 7 and 12 of section nineA of the NAB Ordinance.
