Boxer Aamir Khan and his wife Faryal Makhdoom have announced to start a children’s protection fund in the name of the victim girl “Zahra Shah”.
Boxer said the Zahra Shah Child Protection Fund aims to protect and help innocent children across Pakistan against their human rights abuses so that child abuse can be completely eradicated. Faryal Makhdoom also announced that she would contact Zahra’s family and make every effort to help them ensure that they do not have to send their daughters back to work. She said she would support her family.
