Ramdan 2020

The month of Ramadan has begun and this time the Corona virus is not the cause of the hustle and bustle that is seen every year, due to the lockdown, most people are spending their time at home.

With this blessed month, the heat has also started, so the biggest challenge at this time is to prevent dehydration in the body so that the whole month can be worshiped with humility and submission.

Most women face dehydration as their busyness increases during Ramadan, making it difficult to deal with household chores and worship with fasting.

Drink as much water or fruit juice as possible in Sahar and Iftar, and be sure to use milk and yogurt in your diet.

  • Drink at least 2 glasses of water in the morning while avoiding juices and cold drinks.
  • It will make you gain weight. Use foods that are high in water, such as watermelon, cucumber, salad, etc.
  • It will meet your body’s water needs. Drinking 7 or 8 glasses of water at a time during Iftar is not only useless but can also be harmful to health.
