PIA Plane CCTV Footage Crashed

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has issued a formal notice for resumption of domestic air operations from Saturday. The first PIA flight will leave Karachi for Lahore at 1 pm on Saturday. According to Civil Aviation, PIA flights will be operated from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta. SOPs have also been issued for passengers and crew. One seat will be left empty among the passengers. People with Corona virus signs will be banned from traveling.

The first flight of PIA will leave Karachi for Lahore at 1 pm on Saturday and the return flight from Lahore to Karachi will depart at 4 pm on Saturday. According to a PIA spokesperson, booking of flights has also started.

Meanwhile, arrangements have been made for flight operations at Karachi Airport. Signs and posters have been put up for the awareness of the passengers. Distance marks have been put up in the lounge for the passengers. Passengers have to keep a distance of at least 2 meters.

It should be noted that 2 days ago, the Civil Aviation Authority extended the closure of international flights for another 16 days. The CAA’s Director of Transport has issued an official notice. International flights will remain closed until 11:59 pm on May 31. The government had already banned international flights till May 15, which has been extended for another 16 days. Special flights and chartered planes are exempt from the ban. The ban will not apply to special flights operated by the government. Cargo flights will also be exempt from the ban.
