According to details, the bail of Malik Riaz’s two daughters Amber Malik, Pashmina Malik and Amna Usman was granted by the Sessions Court in exchange for bail bonds of Rs 50,000.
While hearing the case, Additional District Judge Chaudhry Farrukh Hussain granted pre-arrest bail to the three women and sought a complete record of the incident from the police of Defense C police station.
Pashmina Malik, Amber Malik and Amna Usman filed a pre-arrest petition through their lawyer Tahir Nasrullah. In the petition, the three women were of the view that they were innocent and the case against them had been registered contrary to the facts and all the allegations leveled by the actress were baseless.
It should be noted that a case was registered against Malik Riaz’s daughters after videos of violence against actress Azmi Khan came to light.
After the registration of the case, the actress said that the police are calling her for peace. They are pressuring her to withdraw the case by taking money. Azmi Khan said that her and my sister’s life is in grave danger. I am the only one who has not made peace
