All expiring Pakistani passports have been extended till June 30, 2020 in the wake of the Corona virus.
As per the Interior Ministry statement” NADRA and Passport office are not issuing new CNIC and Passport due to Corona Virus.
A notification issued by Ministry of Interior said that all domestic and overseas offices should manually register an extension order for a fee of Rs 1000. For this newborn, the order fee has been fixed at Rs 800.
Pakistanis abroad will be allowed to issue Manuel Extensions abroad if they do not receive passport or ID card due to flight after applying online.
The interior ministry further has said that the manual extension will be given for only 1 year.
