Punjab Health Minister Dr Yasmeen Rashid has said that corona virus patients in Punjab are being successfully treated with arthritis injections.
Dr. Yasmeen Rashid said that 10 patients suffering from severe corona virus have recovered after being injected with arthritis. In case of severe illness, this injection is given twice a day at a cost of Rs. 120,000. However, government hospitals have these injections which are being given to patients free of cost.
Dr. Asad Aslam, Vice Chairman, Corona Advisory Committee, Punjab, said that trials of these injections were underway in various hospitals of Punjab. We use these injections to prevent the corona patient from going to the ventilator.
