Talking to media after the meeting of National Coordinating Committee, Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mehmood said that all the examinations of education boards have been canceled. While students will be promoted to the next class based on last year’s results. He said that educational institutions will remain closed till July 15.
The Federal Minister for Education said that on the basis of the decision, ninth class students will be promoted to tenth and tenth class students to eleventh class. Will be eligible for admission.
Shafqat Mahmood said that despite the opening of the lockdown, the decision to reopen schools and colleges has been taken keeping in view the health of the children and the satisfaction of the parents.
