An FIR has been registered against Malik Riaz’s family for torturing actress Uzma Khan and her sister, but Uzma Khan’s lawyer has expressed reservations over the FIR.
According to Hassan Niazi, the police have registered a very weak FIR in which important material, relevant sections were ignored and it was not even stated what was the background of the FIR. In his Twitter message, Hassan Niazi said that it was a very weak FIR which did not say what happened.
The original story was missing from the FIR, important sections were not included in the FIR. Once again the delivery system has failed. The case was between helpless people and influential people.
Hassan Niazi further said that despite the weak FIR, we will not back down. We believe in God. Announcing to go to court, Hassan Niazi said that now we will go to court for justice.
